	Recycling Process

When we receive plastic scrap for recycling, we have to make sure that different polymer types are not mixed, metal parts and labels are removed, excess dirt and dust is removed and that the scrap is of suitable dimensions to fit the throat of our granulation equipment. The following list details the main processes involved. 

1. Sorting
Once the plastic scrap arrives at our factory, the various types of plastics must be separated and identified to allow them to be processed separately and thus ensure the highest quality. We focus very carefully about identification the components of differing polymer types and contaminant removal such as adhesive tape, labels, etc.

2. Cutting and Shredding process
Some of the plastic scraps come too large size to be granulated by crushers, therefore we must be cut down to smaller size first in this process by High Capacity Shredder Machine.

3. Granulating ( Re-Grinding )
The scrap that came from various range of Plastic Crusher Machines will be granulated or crushed into smaller size again for melted more easily in the next pelletizing lines.

4. Pelletizing ( Re-Processing )
The regrind from granulating process will be melted, extruded out and cut into small pellet which is ready to be reused as Raw Material again.

5. Quality Control
To reach our objective, we have full range testing machine that guarantee its best quality via certificate document with every shipment.

2. Computer System Universal Testing Machine This machine are used to test tension, compression, bend, shearing force, adhesion, peeling force, tear strength,...etc. of plastic specimen according to test method ASTM D 638, which are the basic facilites for Physical Inspection and Quality Control.
3. Melt Flow Quick Indexer This tester is used to measure the rate of extrusion of molten resins, thermoplastic materials with a simple test procedure according to “Method A” (MFR: g/10 min) of the international standards (ISO 1133 and ASTM D 1238).
4. Density Meters This tester is used to separate plastic in the first step cause each plastic has a unique density according to test method ASTM D 1505.
5. Hardness Tester (Durometer) For check surface hardness of the specimen according to test method ASTM D 2240.
6. Datacolor Check  For help in color matching. Spectrophotometers designed specifically for the measurement of colored materials, are at the center of any modern color formulation, color production, or color quality control system.
7. Visual Light Box Station (Super Daylight) Due to the different light source, illumination, it is not easily to get a uniform environment. And, the user maybe makes a mistake during color comparison. Therefore, this machine is specially designed to offer the standard & objective illumination in order to accurately facilitate color control and comparison.
